You can cancel your Parentoom Plus subscription anytime from your account settings. No emails, no phone calls, no questions asked.
When you cancel, your Plus features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account switches to the free plan.
The free plan has no payment involved and can be used indefinitely. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.
You can export all your data before cancelling. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
