Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Parentoom Plus subscription anytime from your account settings. No emails, no phone calls, no questions asked.

When you cancel, your Plus features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account switches to the free plan.

  • Within 7 days of your first payment: Full refund. No questions asked.
  • After 7 days: No refund, but you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the month.

  • Within 30 days of payment: Pro-rata refund for the unused months.
  • After 30 days: No refund, but you can cancel and your access continues until the year ends.

  1. Email us at hey@parentoom.com from your registered email address.
  2. Include your reason (helps us improve, but not required).
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

The free plan has no payment involved and can be used indefinitely. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.

You can export all your data before cancelling. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
